At JR'S SPORTS, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your JR'S SPORTS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned sports gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
